I had an experience that left a bad taste in my mouth with my 1 1/2 year old. I was told they see kids on our around the age of 2 and an apt. was made. Got to the apt. and ran into some trouble since my child was afraid. The hygienist went to get some additional assistance from the Doctor who was then told they don't see kids under the age of 3. The team at Potts Dental are Rock Stars! From the process of making the appointment to obtaining services and filing for insurance claims they have everything operating so smoothly. The dental hygienists and dentists do a great job and are interested in total health. They are also timely, pleasant and professional.
My primary dentist is Rebekah Ehde. She set me up with an appointment with Dr. Stout, who I have found for the extraction of two teeth.They will do exray at $125.I have an appointment tomorrow at 10:00 am

It would have been nice to have been told the hygienist was running late instead of leaving me sitting for 15 min and then I had to inquire about my appt.
I have been going to Dr Potts for about 9 years now.. Always great service and friendly staff.. You will never be a dental project or training lesson at this office. The professional staff there knows what they are doing and always get the job done right. 👍
