This was a our second visit and it was an excellent visit. They are very professional and the appointment was on-time. They did their teeth cleaning and got them out in an efficient manner.
They called me when I was 10 min. late as I thought my appointment was 30 min. later. I hurried to the office and they took me right away. I just had a cleaning and the doctor came by at the end and checked how I was doing.
I have never in my life to receive such gentle caring attention as I do at this office I have always been terrified for any procedure because in the past I have been cause pain and treated like a stupid child when I expressed it ! I have absolutely no fear of having any procedure done in this office The doctors and the staff are excellent
Friendly, on time, professional. They really take good care of you and will even help you to plan out future treatments that may be needed.
Socorro does a great job. I was provided some rescheduling to accommodate family issues.
Dr. Derek is the best dentist I have ever been to. From the time you walk in with the warm welcome of the girls upfront until you are finished, the experience is wonderful. He is very gentle, patient, polite and funny. He also gets you in right away, which for me is great!
