RecommendedMy son-in-law lost his wedding ring recently, which my daughter purchased at Potter & Anderson 9+ years ago. They live in NC now but contacted P&A and Curt and Gina helped identify the original manufacturer in Germany and style / finish, and get an identical replacement sent directly to their home. Excellent customer service!
Customer service at Potter & Anderson is top notch! My husband and I first experienced their quality when we drove from Macomb in college to buy my engagement ring. Since then we have purchased all of our fine jewelry from them and will not go anywhere else. They are worth the drive every time and I am always impressed when Mike remembers details about us when we walk in. FABULOUS store and selection but even more fabulous people working there!
Their friendly sales staff and Curt....and of course all of the beautiful jewelry and gifts.

I love the atmosphere and all the workers are super helpful! We have bought multiple items and just recently purchased our wedding bands! I will no longer shop anywhere else for my fine jewelry

I have bought many, many gifts here for weddings, babies, and birthdays. They have a great selection of gifts including Waterford crystal, Michael Aram, Nambe, and more! They have great baby gifts too and they gift wrap it beautifully! I’ve also bought beautiful jewelry here and had costume jewelry repaired here as well. They are always so nice and courteous, plus helpful! They did a great job repairing a cheapo necklace that I loved and they never had any issues with repairing something I had picked up at TJ Maxx. If you are looking for quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service a down to earth atmosphere you should come to Potter and Anderson for your jewelry needs. We absolutely love the design that was created by Kurt and Mike! Mary and the other ladies are very pleasant and not pushy however willing to go out of their way to please their customers.
