This is a great place to live! It has really great amenities including a rooftop hangout with comfy chairs overlooking the bay. The decor has an industrial feel with exposed piping. It is very quiet, we rarely hear neighbors unless they are out in the hallway yelling, LOL. This is a dog friendly community, which is great. There is actually a place to let your dog relieve itself up on the roof, so no need to go out into the city. Great location close to convenient muni bus/train and Cal train. Currently a lot of surrounding construction but the result will be a beautiful waterfront park across the street from the building.
Love the apartment, the staff are great, and the rooftop views are really amazing. Not to mention there is so much outside of the front door in the Dogpatch.
I loooooove my home it's absolutely the best!!!!! Incredible views!!! Management is amazing always meeting my needs and more... highly recommended living the good life here.
