I BEEN LIVING HERE ALMOST 2 YEARS, I HAVE A PATIO ON THE 2nd FLOOR, STAFF VERY FRIENDLY, I NEVER HAD A PROBLEMS, EITHER MY PACKAGES, OR MY MAIL , OR STAFF,IT'S GOOD LOCATIONS FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION, FREE GYM ,FREE BARBEQUE AREA ON THE ROOF, MY KAISER PERMANENTE HOSPITAL, JUST ACROSS THE RAILROAD BY INDIANA ST, SOME AREAS ARE FREE STREET PARKING, I LOVE IT, THANKS, HAPPY NEW YEAR.
I'm a current tenant and I was originally super excited about living here. The facilities appeared amazing and the staff were super friendly and great. But as I've stayed here, the less highly I think of this place. The management is super poor. We've had several packages gone missing and they are slow to respond or help. What's the point in having a mail room that has a video recording when the video doesn't work and anyone can just walk into the room whenever they please. They don't monitor it at all.
