We have lived here in a 3br 1.5ba duplex for nearly 10 months. The staff have always been prompt to respond to any issues we have brought to their attention (we've had only very minor issues). I like being able to contact them via FB messenger for convenience. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming, and we've always felt safe to allow the children to play outside. We like being central to everything in Breaux Bridge as well. Would recommend to a friend.
