I presented to this dental office with a swollen face and pain. XRays revealed multiple active infections over several teeth. This dentist referred me to an endodontist and refused to provide me with antibiotics in the event that I would not be able to see the endodontist immediately. Also, this dental office was very reluctant to even get a full mouth x-ray, that I was paying for, because they wanted to focus on the problem area. When a dental office chooses to disregard and disrespect you as patient whom they have decided to look down upon it is very shameful. I asked the dentist to provide a prescription for antibiotics to address the multiple active infections and the response is to tell me to ask you again tomorrow. I ask your secretary to email the xrays to me but after checking for them I finally have to call and ask again. I ask for full mouth xrays to be taken and get the run around and the back and forth. Dr. Green and his staff are friendly, professional, and flexible when it comes to accommodating patients' schedules, including large families. Their fees are reasonable and my teeth have never been cleaner than following our regular checkups. Thank you Potomac Woods Family Dental Care!
