The Potomac River Clinic (PRC) is hands down the greatest asset for our hard of hearing son. We are so grateful to have finally found PRC after almost a year of searching for good practitioners across the DMV. We feel so lucky to have Potomac River Clinic caring for our 3 year old son's hearing needs. Our first interaction was with Will Mellon, the billing coordinator, who was so responsive and efficient in getting us set up as new patients (checking coverage with our insurance, processing our new patient intake packet, and receiving medical records from previous providers). We were very impressed by our experience at Potomac River Clinic. From the start, Will Mellon (billing coordinator) was kind, responsive, and helpful. Dr. Reid was so kind, knowledgable, and supportive, and she went out of her way to help us, explain findings, and coordinate care. She was also very patient and flexible with our child and took great efforts to meet her clients where they are. Thank you!
We have been to two different ENT’s and two different audiologist (one at the ENT) Chattering Children is by far the absolute best we have seen. I highly recommend Dr.Reid! She was patient with our 3 year old son, and did an amazing job with him!
