Beautiful entrance, lobby, community/party room, etc.
Lived at PPT as a renter since the middle of 2021. Loved the studio and its balcony. As the owner slowly raised the rent, it finally came time to buy something in Southwest. As luck would have it, unit became available, and I stayed. If that isn't an endorsement, not sure what else would convince anyone. The good: 1) Concierge and mail pickup is very good, but during rush hour, the line to get a package can take a few minutes (to be expected) 2) The grounds are neat and maintained 3) The HOA owners board seems to really care... read more
