Great complex and stunning location near multiple metro lines, Nationals Park, the Wharf, and more. Complex has a pool, gym, and concierge.
I've lived here for about 6 months and apparently there is a history of mouse infestations over the years. Most complexes get mice from time to time, but an infestation is a different story. I went from having no signs of mice to having droppings in and around my bed, the stove anc coutnertops, etc. All my food is sealed and untouched so they aren't even eating that.
