Absolutely unprofessional and slow. Manager Brian was very unresponsive to the 30 people in line in the cold while only one person selling tickets. If it wasn’t for us using gift tickets we will never come back again

I won't shop here nor and I will encourage others to do the same since your security officers and management will racially profile teens then take it up a notch to further disrespect a police officer parent. While you are so busy chasing down the non-white teens, the ones you give the hall pass to are robbing you blind and calling you a sucker. smh
