First impressions should be lasting! We were needing a wheelchair for myself, just had major knee surgery and needed to knock out schooll shopping. We called inquiring about rentals , was told no problem they have plenty. Drove all the way over to be talked to so disrespectfuly from the lady at guest services. I clearly can not walk this mall and she was so rude in telling me they had no wheelchairs and then got nasty with my daughter.
