I am frustrated by the lack of explanation from the PRTC station representative and the lack of online information explaining today’s delay for the Manassas buses. We waited from 4:40 at the Pentagon until 6:10. No bus at 4:50, 5:15, or 5:45. All the other PRTC routes came and went - some late, but enough to move all the waiting passengers. so they say they put out a notice about there's no bus service today and nobody knows that very very disappointed and they want to add more money two local bus fare by one prove to service and did not really think that we the people pay for this and y'all should have had a back-up plan....woooooow

RecommendedHave used the Dumfries Local off/on since March 2019. For the most part the schedule is adhered to. Only problem I ever encountered was one driver stopped at KFC to get his food and then stopped at the next stop to eat it. However they frequently stop at the next stop if they're running early and wait until the scheduled time to resume. 4.5 out of 5 for me. I routinely use the 234/Pent bus and it's almost always on schedule.

Not drive your buses in the fast / passing last the entire route in and out of DC

Inconsistent service to 234 in the evening. Different arrival times from day to day at the stops. Infrequent buses, while the other lots get three or four buses before 234 gets one. Do better, PRTC. The 234 commuters pay just like everyone else. We expect the same level of service.
When you send out an email that says you are going to run more buses... you should run more buses, not fewer. You left people in the freezing rain for more than an hour... buses were late or plain didn't show up. When they did they were so full, you couldn't even get on to stand. Not good.
