My AC unit was leaking and I called as soon as they opened, and was able to get same day service. Paxton was my technician, and he was warm and friendly. He took the time to not only assess the problem, but explain to me why my unit was leaking and what he would need to do to repair it. He even shared with me a tip to help maintain the unit and prevent the leak from returning. He worked quickly and professionally. I am glad I called them. My husband and I LOVE a cold house and got nervous when all our neighbors simultaneously started experiencing AC issues. We called at 9am on a Monday, and 4 hours later our worries were assuaged! Paxton arrived exactly when he said he would, finished his job quickly, answered all our questions and explained his process thoroughly. I have used Poteet Heat and Air a few times in the past and the crew was fantastic yet again for installing a new unit. They were on time, professional, and polite. It was a rainy day and they took great care to not in any mud or grass inside. Definitely recommend.
