Update* they reached out to me and told me the manager at this store would reach out to me, but he still hasn’tz like i said he dont care about customer setvice. Take yall business elsewhere I ordered two sandwiches , a chicken club and a grilled chicken. My friends sandwich had chicken that was freezing cold. I went in and spoke to the General Manager, James. I told him my concern and asked him if we could get the sandwich warmed up. He said no. I was just in the potbelly picking up an order and the people making the food didn’t have no hair nets on. They had their hair out all hanging down. Talking over the food while making it. Then one of the workers got on her cell phone while still making someone food and using the same gloves. Just nasty
The food was not what i was expecting the chicken was dry and not worth the price. But the atmosphere and staff were very nice as well as the customization of the sandwich
