Amazing place, with great southern meals. Get a roll thrown at you along with muffins, freshly baked and amazing. Make sure you're paying attention though, he will throw it at you as soon as you say yes.
Great liver/onions. Large portions. Atmosphere and waitstaff A+
One thing I noticed and really appreciated was that I asked my waiter when the muffins would come out again and he told me he would go check. The "muffin man" himself came out of the kitchen to tell me it would be a few more minutes. He then came when they were fresh to deliver them himself. In a way, it's like the cook not only cooking but serving you as well. I thought that was really nice.

Stay away read all other reviews on yelp and Google. This place has hot rock bottom food was horrible, cold and no hot bread. Rude waitstaff
We've heard from many that "the Potatoe Patch is soo good" .... the best part of the experience was the very nice young man that threw the rolls & muffins. Our waitress appeared to be in a hurry ... so much that my plate was 100% wrong. Her reason was, "Oh. I just grabbed & ran. I didn't bother to look." .... I've waited tables for years ... you don't just "grab & run" ... you pay attention. The food was good, portions were big, rolls & muffins were fantastic - but customer service is absolute key to a pleasant experience.
Once upon a time there was a television show, "Cheers", where "everybody knows your name". The Potatoe Patch is my Cheers. Aside from the great food, the folks at Potatoe Patch are what makes it for me. Jeanetta, Kelly, Derrall, Justin, Frank, Melissa, Gina, Mirna, Aaron, Amy, Robert (RIP)....these people ARE the Patch and the single biggest reason we keep coming back, sometimes several times a week. Love you guys!!!
