I have been going there for years until the pandemic hit and started back when dining room opened I would go every other weekend for the last three times I have been I have ordered out and to great disappointment! The Patch has always held a place in the hearts of my family going back 20 some odd years ago. We moved back to Katy in December of 2018 and this was one of the first places we came back to try. While we haven’t had a chance really to comeback as frequently as we wanted to, we picked up the In-Laws from IAH and took them to dinner. It did not disappoint. Food was great, service was excellent, and the experience was outstanding.
One if our orders was wrong. Steak was overcooked (ordered medium, cooked well)). Squash was soaking in salt water (not just salty); when I told the waitress, she didn’t offer to replace it with another vegetable. My sister walks with a cane, and they made us walk to the far side of the empty restaurant to be seated. The music that was playing was loud and not appropriate for atmosphere. Hi it’s Richard again, I’m sorry last night things weren’t resolved to your liking but when we spoke you had only mentioned the music. As far as your sister is concerned, we strive to be a restaurant that serves veterans and LEO and with that comes many customers with that need special accommodations. Unfortunately, last night we had a private event on the side of the restaurant with closer booths. If you’d like to come back and visit us, make sure we know and we will try to hold a table close to the door for y’all.

Everyone is really nice. Richard Andrews the manager is a vet and a amazing person. he has come along way to make of great again. keep supporting the community and the restaurant. its a staple in the community
