jaz,an osteopath here , is an exceptionally knowledgeable, skilful and caring professional. Within my first few appointments, she both reduced long-standing hiatal hernia pain (that had not resolved with proton pumps) and also taught me better methods of self-care to deal with flareups.
I’ve suffered from back pain for several decades, and received treatments from a dozen practitioners over the years. While some treatments helped temporarily, none provided lasting relief. I cannot recommend Jaz enough! I originally came to her to treat a concussion and I felt like a completely new person walking out! She starts at the root of the problem and helps find solutions to keep it from recurring. She explains everything in a way I was able to understand and participate in! I cannot thank her enough for her treatment and for helping me:)
Jaz is exceptionally knowledgeable and a great resource. As an athlete she has been very helpful in her providing expertise and also useful advice in my eventual return to high level games! It is hard to describe the positive effect she has on the body.
I was referred by a friend. To get help with neck injury. Right from the first session with Jaz the treatment helped and she always gives you exercises to help you keep on track. jaz has always looked after me, even on an emergency basis. I had a bad fall, called her right away, and she looked after me ASAP. I would recommend Jaz to anyone that needs muscle and body relief.
