Inspired to create a casual Italian restaurant in their own neighborhood, the culinary team behind Washington, DC???s award-winning Ristorante Tosca opened the doors to Posto in December 2008. Initially I was drawn to flame fingers. The winter and fall bring creative heaters. The only thing hotter was the angelic dish containing the freshest octopus on earth. If you do not go here and treat yourself to a quality meal you are not living!
