Terrible customer service
Great pharmacy. Staff very friendly and accommodating. They called my doctor because prescription wasn't clear and sorted everything out without me having to do it myself. Thanks guys. Switching to this pharmacy. The walk-in clinic is great too.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Raghad Shareef. From the start, she was dismissive and spent barely few seconds examining me. She didn’t make eye contact once and spoke while looking away, which made it difficult to understand what she was saying. The entire consultation felt rushed, and I was left feeling confused and unheard. What made things worse was that while I was still talking and trying to ask questions, she stood up and walked out.
