The service here is excellent - they answer the phone and they do a lot of passport expediting for renewals and new passports -thank you -

I called three actual FedEx locations this morning, without getting the call answered at a single one. I went to two physical locations in person just to have the person behind the counter at each one look at me like I was insane because something additional needed to be adhered to the box I was sending internationally.... because of THEIR policy. When I finally found my way to this postal annex, they answered my questions and had my stuff done in like 30 seconds. Honestly how is FedEx even still in business.
