I had a very large packing project looming over me the day before I went in for surgery. I was very stressed and physically tired when I came in to the store on crutches and all the pieces to my packages that needed to be sent. Mandy did the whole thing for me. She even left to pick up her child from school and came back later that evening to finish the job which allowed me the freedom to leave the store with peace of mind while she took care of all of it for me. Great employees! They offer all the options for you to ship and they're always friendly. SO much better than the post office.
I drive across town because Sam is so helpful. I had to mail hats to our team and they made it so easy to do 8 different shipments. The regular post office would have thrown me out for trying to ask for help like that.
