Watch out for the fire alarms. Go off for 2 hours straight at midnight and cannot get ahold of anyone from circle. Alarm will wake you up randomly to go off for 1 second when there is thunder.

It's always nice to see people blatantly disobey rules. We came here, in part, because of the no-smoking policy, but some people just don't care about anyone but themselves.
You're not allowed to smoke here but we do anyway.
Some of the residents don't clean up after their dogs despite the free supply of plastic bags & garbage cans. Otherwise this is a really cool place!
