This place has shit the bed since it was taken over this past summer. No regard for safety or belongings. Locks/gate broken, graffiti on walls (non artistic) feel bad for friends who still live here.

Best place ever!
This place is awesome. It's like post college paradise. Pool parties every weekend during warm weather! Lots of events and pet friendly!
I've heard that the liveing or managment sucks!!my friend gave up her place there cause the crime...to easy to get into building.
You should see the Columbian girl who lives here...wow!!!
Go to the events in the club room! Brand new to Charlotte now I have some brand new friends! Free meal and free wine!
