Horribly unprofessional. We had multiple maintenance issues that caused serious health concerns and when reported we were told to wait over a week before they would attempt to fix them. This company doesn’t value their residents health and well being. We were told to call their corporate offices and when we did the extension for our apartment complex doesn’t work so we can’t even talk to anyone. Worst property management company we have ever dealt with.
Reported a horribly strong urine smell throughout our building that’s causing us to get sick and was told it would take over a week to send cleaners, the next day our AC went out with temperatures in the apartment reaching over 85 degrees and they sent an unlicensed worker to install a weak window unit. The workers name was Phillip and he was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. This place clearly doesn’t value the health and safety of their residents.
First company I’ve dealt with that doesn’t do any routine maintenance, including simple ac filter replacement. Also changes management more than any other company I’ve rented with.
Maintenance Crew was very nice fixed my daughters window ! Thank you ! I appreciate your hard work
