I have been a tenant with Post Road for over six years now. I lived at their Huntington Apartments until the fire caused in the unit of a violent drug dealer left the entire building homeless. For a year we were told we would be contacted once our old apartment opened back up and followed up frequently. 14 months after the fire we find out the very first apartment rented out was ours. Was told to contact office but have been having issues getting ahold of anyone.
The management team at Renata are wonderful!! They are so friendly and helpful, they work really hard at maintaining the area so that it is clean and safe. The maintenance technician Cody, is very professional and always hard at work, I always see him early in the morning picking up trash to keep are little area clean. He also is very quick to respond to maintenance tickets as well. Jeanie and Sarah are wonderful managers and are very gracious and helpful. Horribly unprofessional. We had multiple maintenance issues that caused serious health concerns and when reported we were told to wait over a week before they would attempt to fix them. This company doesn’t value their residents health and well being. We were told to call their corporate offices and when we did the extension for our apartment complex doesn’t work so we can’t even talk to anyone. Worst property management company we have ever dealt with.
