RecommendedThis place had no avail appointment for my dog yet referred me to another place close, who was able to schedule.my dog the same day! While on the phone the empathy that was displayed actually made me feel loved. she (Debbie) even told me that "Onyx would be okay as long as he had me!" They are the best!! Dr. Grosser has taken care of all of my dogs. The staff is great to work with and they are good about calming down pet owners when they have problems with their pets. Dr. Grosser's the type that if the situation is beyond his capability, he is not the type to sit around and say let's see, he will refer you to where you need to go. He is also the type to follow up on your pets health and stays in the lope of things.

Dr. G and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. If my baby had been sick or had surgery I know there will be a follow up call to see how he is. Your babies are their babies! Thank you for all you do!

A couple weeks ago my baby boy Cooper, a beagle was so sick. Not eating, drinking, playing. He was pretty lifeless compared to what he had been. I was convinced he had a terminal illness. I called several vet clinics, all said go to emergency clinic cause we dont have time today. When I called post pet, they listened to my complaints and got him in that afternoon and gave us immediate attention when we walked in. The manager (Angela) is horrible. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. My dog got groomed there, and I am not sure what happened to him during his visit. When I got him, his eyes were swollen. The vet did see my dog that same day. Angela was very hostile and unsympathetic to my dog. The worst service ever.
