Long overdue review. I was living in Nevada and was in the process of relocating back home to Austin. The move-in date was not immediate, it was set for 3+ months away but I wanted to arrange movers and needed an address. I put down a $250 deposit to hold a unit that had not even been released yet to market and after a week I changed my mind and they refused to return it. This is a gorgeous place to live. The view is incredible. Everything is top notch. I especially want to thank the maintenance guys Brandon and Mark for invariably excellent and quick fixes on all issues and requests. They always address requests immediately and do so very well. They are really friendly guys as well. They were the unexpectedly massive bonus for living here. Looks great from the outside but the kitchen appliances are so cheap.
My garbage disposal did not work so I called MAA OFFICE to report. Within an hour Mark came by to check it out, and install a new disposal. Thank you Mark
I moved into MAA Park Mesa just a couple of weeks ago, and I can already feel a weight lifted off of me. The quieter spaces, and the trees that tuck every unit into them, have had such a calming effect after all of the noise, traffic, and daily life. Additionally, it’s close to all of the things I love to do, so it’s just perfect for me! 😁
