I have lived at Park Mesa for almost 3 years. The staff in the office, Alisha and Edyta are always welcoming when me and Tank(dog) visit giving him tons of treats. Whenever I put a work order in, I get a response and solution the same day from Mark and/or Brandon. I love that this complex is quiet the residents treat it as home with respect to others. I honestly love my apartment and love living here. Can't say enough good about it.
Love my little hill country oasis at MAA Park Mesa. Alisha, Edyta, and the maintenance team are second to none.
Beautiful grounds and a nice quiet secluded pool. This complex is in a quiet area surrounded by nature. Staff are attentive and quick to respond to maintenance issues and pests.
I've been in the complex for close to four years, and I love it. It really is a pretty spectacular place given the beautiful, forested setting and the units, especially the patio views. I wake to the sounds of birds during the windows open at night seasons. It's a bit like living in a little park. The surrounding hills, and wildlife create a lovely vibe. Gorgeous. Adorable and patient staff. Location is perfect. Just moved in a few days ago, but everything was handled really efficiently, and so far everything has been great. Edit : after about 2 weeks, a root from a nearby tree clogged my bathtub. They removed the bathtub, the tiles, the floor, etc. This would normally take very long but it was handled really efficiently by the maintenance team. They even provided a refund for a week's worth of lease and gave me access to the apt next door to take showers.
