I had a great experience with my recent move in. I had to relocated very unexpectedly due to flooding at my past apartment. Alisha was super helpful and made this process as quick and painless as possible. She even had a cute move in gift waiting for me and my cat! The property is well kept and maintenance responds in a timely manner. I'm liking it here so far!
Very cool and beautiful property
My friend's apartment just got flooded by recent storms, mgmt took 2 days to get remediation clean-up and no help with up coming rent or help with accommodations somewhere not . I've lived in many apartment complexes where mgmt goes above and beyond when there are life circumstances not covered by insurance this company is not one of them.
I don't live here, but well done y'all. Shout-out the construction workers. Great views. The dog park is very nice, as well. Shaded with trees, an area to wash off dogs or give them water, and mulch on the ground VS. just having dirt that's susceptible to a lot of mud.
