Went with a friend for the first time and no one said one word to either on of us. I thought there was a customer in front of us but no it was an employee. Then she walked around the counter with a Can I help you with something? lost attitude. I don't do any kind of business when they give me attitude. There are so many options these days and I will happily pay for customer service. Since they seemed so annoyed and unwilling to help, I gladly went to UPS across the street. Wouldn't you know it they were happy to have me!

I have recently been going here regularly. It's a family owned business, and I normally work with Nate. Honestly, Nate is one of the most pleasant people I've had the please of working with. Nate is always upbeat, enthusiastic, and works very quickly. If you need to get things packaged and shipped, I would strongly suggest going to see Nate at Post Mart.

Love this place! The customer service is amazing. There’s a guy who’s usually working when I come in, and he’s seriously the kindest—always going above and beyond. I come here often and have had great experiences every time. It’s usually not too busy, which makes it even better. Highly recommend!

Really inexpensive to send a package to the MTC, but customer service was horrible. The lady was really rude. We’ll spend the extra 10$ and use UPS.

The workers are so kind!! It is very quick, easy, and cheap to mail stuff!! Especially great for shipping ti the MTC!
