The Front Staff were exceptional. We got a king room with some eerie paintings so we asked if we can swap out. They said no problem at all and got us a great room. Cool vibe and close to everything!

Good stay, location near union square. Service was excellent. Minus a star as something's not perfect -room service is actually take out from restaurant next door devices in Styron type containers, can't open room door if bathroom door is closed, walls on thinner side But over all a fun and funky hotel when you want something a little different that is still nice
Very cool- the game room is awesome and the lobby fireplace was great- could use better tv signal in room. Once you can figure out the in-room espresso machine, it's a really great cup of coffee- location is perfect and staff was very friendly
Very cool and quirky hotel. Great location as it's central to union square. Rooms are very clean but the noise from the air vents and AC is very loud. Stayed in room 725 which is directly under the gym, woken up by the ceiling light rattling thought the whole thing was going to come down! You can hear the treadmill going and also the person running on it. Was moved to another room without any questions as they know that room is a problem, why house guests in there?! Beautiful hotel. Rooms are very contemporary and the game rooms is brilliant! Rambler is excellent for breakfast. Staff rocks and locarion couldn't be better!
