This was a nice surprise. I stayed two nights and found it very comfortable. Great location, very cool decor, rooms are small but nicely appointed ....I liked it and would stay again. The reason it doesn’t get five stars is because I felt as though I was inconveniencing front desk staff upon check in and drying my stay. I don’t know if it’s just San Fran in general, but there was a lack of warmth and welcome from the front desk staff. Absolutely loved this place. Make sure and visit the entertainment room and play some games. You can even bring your own spirits and snacks. What a blast! Great location!
The supervisor named Jessie was super helpful and super nice. The hotel is newly renovated and rooms are of good proportion. Tastefully decorated and within walking distance from union square! Lovely hotel updated and with great toiletries! Lovely place!

This feedback is regarding their events department. We had dinner here and it was actually an enjoyable experience with great restaurant staff. Five stars there but 1 star for employing the following person. TL;DR Very unprofessional events manager. Do not recommend holding an event here. Zero stars here....Continue Reading
We spent the weekend at Hotel Zeppelin and loved it!!! Although we love the smaller boutique vibe and we think the Hotel is great, the staff is what gives it the 5 star rating. Jill the manager, Nancy at the front desk, Lee the bellman and everyone else we came in contact with at the Hotel was so friendly and helpful. They gave us great suggestions on places to get coffee, eat, see and do. We will definitely be back for our next weekend getaway to the city.

Great staff, fun decor, great location, with comfortable room furniture and bedding! All the things we were looking for. Can’t wait to book again. Have breakfast at the Rambler and you won’t regret it! Delish!
