This is a small time gym with a big heart attitude. Vickie has been a long time frind of mine and always cares about everyone who walks into her office park fitness center. A great place to go
Jan 31st, I started a 60 day weight loss challenge at Positively Fit, mostly for flexibility and for my back to feel better. As of last Friday, I've lost 23 pounds, have really been enjoying the Yoga classes, and just now getting back into the weights again. I have been at this gym a few years I absolutely love the staff and members Everyone is so encouraging and supportive to me on my fitness goals
I love this gym! They made me feel comfortable and welcome from the first time I stepped in. It is great regardless of where you are in your fitness walk. The trainer's are extremely knowledgeable and they push you because they care about your success. The best part is they make a point to learn your name and goals, you WILL NOT find that at a big chain gym!
I always have an amazing experience at Positively Fit. The staff really care about the clients and helping them reach their goals. The staff is very friendly with an abundance of knowledge. Clean facility and positive atmosphere. I've been to a lot of gyms and this is one of the BEST in Jacksonville!

I love it! The trainers are awesome! The Zumba classes are filled with energy! Positively Fit is a neighborhood type gym..... everyone is friendly, encouraging and down to earth... no divas just good people! If you haven't tried it you're missing out!
