RecommendedI started at this gym a few months ago and I love it. Everyone is super encouraging and Vickie (the owner) personally called me and walked me through the gym herself. If you are looking for a gym home, this is a great place to join!
My kind of place. Great atmosphere,very friendly. Vicky is just awesome. she knows her stuff and wants to give you your best You. They also have personal trainers that speak Spanish. Best choice for me.

I love this gym! It is a great experience and I enjoy how helpful the staff has been to me. It's a very comfortable environment where people of all fitness levels can feel welcome. I also love the group fitness classes. They are super upbeat and fun! I highly recommend this gym to everyone.

Really love this place. My personal trainer, Vicki Layton knows how to get results. I've personally seen dramatic improvement in my overall health and fitness working with her and would not hesitate to recommend this gym and her services.

I absolutely love everything about this gym. I'll be honest I was a little nervous at first. The last time I went to gym the person was so helpful and eager to help me as I was Signing up for my membership and the next day that person didn't even acknowledge me. I shouldn't have let it discourage me but it did. I didn't even go back. I met Vickie through a friend outside of her established and she made an investment in my health before was even a client.
