They ditch you to another company the second you sign the lease. The new company gave no notice of serious work being done on the building. The lock on the front and back doors both broke so they just took down the secure property sign. Maintenance requests are either ignored or they take forever to get to. I notified them of a broken window when I moved in and it's still broken.
