If I could give negative stars I would. 1- The staff; starting with the manager Maribel is rude, condescending, and unprofessional. When you are dealing with patients who are seeking mental help -- rethink the way you speak to people. I do not know how this woman has kept her job with the way she speaks to patients. 2- The "policies" are inconsistent. The front desk provides completely different information than the therapist and the therapist provides different information from the psychiatrist. None of it is consistent ... read more

LOVED ONES. The psychiatrist would not refill my medicine called for weeks the staff continued to tell me they would refill it by the next day for TWO weeks. It's been 4 no call like the supervisor promised. Do not trust Jean, she only cares about the profit of her business rather than the health of her patients. The person who runs the place did not even care or try to do anything to solve it, nor has she even TRIED to reach out. I have been a patient there for 3 years and I am very pleased with the out come I have come a long way not only do I have a awesome counselor I have awesome RN I am extremely pleased to be a patient there I could not have found a better place to go to the staff and the owners and the management staff is out standing I highly recommend for anyone who is seeking mental health etc they not only work with you but they also make sure your informed if your appointments so you don’t miss and your on track with everything you need t... read more
