Nick, the leasing agent, didn’t show up to show a house at the scheduled time, and did not answer calls or texts. 48 hours later he texts to ask if we still want to see the property, with no explanation of why he never showed or responded days before. While waiting an hour for him to show up I read all the Google Reviews which indicate Nick no-shows potential renters frequently, and that this is not a reliable rental management company when it comes to maintenance. Terrible experience. We began renting from them in August. I submitted a maintenance request to repair the kitchen sink in October. It’s December and there has been no response. I do not recommend this company.

My sister and I sat and waited at a house we had an apt to see for an hour and a half for no one to show up after driving there from 45 minutes away. The apt was at 10:30am and we got there at 10:25am. We sat and waited until 11am and called asking if everything was okay and if someone was on the way. Sitting at a house I am supposed to view to possibly rent.. and for the SECOND time this week the staff has not shown up to show us the home. Disrespectful of our time and not responsive to any form of communication.
