I have been working with Tessa for over a decade and she has provided me with nothing but the highest level of care and support. Highly recommend her services.
Fails to respond to emails. Since supplying the remainder of details requested to Tessa on 10th Jan 2025, I have sent numerous follow ups emails for the report, which she has been paid for in full. I am yet to receive anything. Her limited email responses are just excuses and a blame game. All I want is the report that has been paid for. She will take the money but won’t follow through with the service. This is a pure example of abuse to NDIS funding and a vulnerable family.
