Great place but poor customer service - they removed their wheelchair ramp. Said it's too expensive to replace. Funny - the owner has other successful businesses. One would think they could find a few hundred dollars somewhere to build a new one.
Great food, coffee, and atmosphere, but unfortunately not accessible for all patrons without ramps for wheelchairs.

Hi Brooke- Thank you for your message. I've been working on a solution since one of our customers in a wheelchair indicated that he nearly slipped off the ramp and had to grab the handle to save himself from sliding backwards... And in his words "a new ramp is cheaper than a lawsuit." I removed the ramp because I didn't want my customer or anyone else to get injured. I never said it was too expensive. My friend in a wheelchair can't access his favorite cafe because the wheelchair ramp was removed. Not cool. Please build an ADA accessible ramp so that everyone can enjoy Posies pastries and ambiance.
***update to previous review. 3/9/16. The owner was very responsive to the concerns about accessibility. She has been thoughtful about her communication and is attempting to create a workable solution to make her space inclusive. Thank you, Posies! 3/6/16They just removed their only ramp, making it impossible for those in wheelchairs to enter. An ADA accessible ramp would make this place accessible to everyone! Make the investment in inclusivity!
