I went back and fourth about saying something regarding the services I received yesterday but I cannot ignore the amount of pain my hands are in. I came in yesterday for a dip manicure. I was given to Helen. Throughout the manicure I received numerous cuts around my cuticles. Four to be exact. She cut me numerous times while filing my nails. I am very unhappy. I love this place! Everyone treats me so nicely and the end result is beautiful!
I was there Friday and the technician did not speak a word to me, gave me a rough and painful pedicure, the worst massage on my legs and feet and the paint job was a 5/10 at best. I usually don’t have issues when going there, I’ll be trying other places.

Arrived at 3:56 just now They don’t have time to do 2 pedicures in one hour Says they are booked There are 2 cars out front In other words, they want to leave early!✌🏻
I have been going here since they opened just tried to book appointment for 3 of us and was told it would take 1.5 hours to do so I said 3:30 and they said no they couldn't get us in... won't ever go back. Their customer service has plummeted and prices have gone up. VERY DISAPPOINTING
I went to Posh Spa & Lounge for the first time Saturday April 27th 2019 with my two nieces and mother. That same day one of my nieces nail polish started to come off already. I got the Dip Nail and two days later (Monday) I had one nail brake just by picking something up out my purse.
