Posh is the best nail Salon in Waco! They did a amazing job on my Daughters Bridal Party December 7th. Everyone was so helpful and very professional. We had a full room of 12 and the nail technicians made everyone feel comfortable. I highly recommend POSH to all my friends and family! 🥰
Not sure why you have the tools to do what is needed but won’t do the service. No polish change on acrylics without a fill? That’s silly. 🤔
Paying 65 bucks for a pedicure you expect personal attention. The orginal tech was pulled to accomadate another customer, then the receptionist finished up, while talking to customers on the phone, and getting up and checking customers in. We will be going back to our regular spot...the only thing Posh about this salon was their name.
So me and my cousin decided to go get our feet done after a long week. We were searching for a while to find a nail salon that was opened. We then found out Posh were open until 8pm. We arrived at 7:20pm and the guy turned us around at the door stating they close at 8pm and stopped accepting people at 7pm!!!!! It was 7:20pm, they were fully staffed, and only one person was getting their feet done. It was two people in front of us and they accepted them but declined us!!!!! I will never go to Posh again!
They are truly all about the customer. Amazing work this will definitely be my nail spot from now on. Excellent customer care!!
