One of the rudest businesses I have ever dealt with. I dropped my dogs off at 1:30pm and I asked when they would be ready. The owner said 5. I said i would need to get them by 5 latest (which is the closing time of the store), upon picking them up I was charged a $25 "express fee" which not discussed up front. If there would be an extra fee it should be discussed prior to picking the dogs up, I paid it but will never be back.

I have no doubt she was rude to you since her car wreck back in 2013 she gets rude when people try to take advantage of her . Giving us less than the required time (2.5h to 3h each) to do your dogs. Coming in at 2:00pm and picking up 5:00pm was something Rikki was willing to do for you , but coming in at 1:30pm and insisting your dogs get done right away means that someone else has to groom your dogs because she is still working on the dogs that came in first. This person had her Pet groomed on December 6, 2013 on December 17, 2013 she brought her back and said we didn`t cut her nails. When we tried to explain that we did cut her nails as short as we could because of the vein in her nails she informed us that there aren`t any veins, so I told her to go back and watch as my son reground the tips that had BARELY grown out in the 11 days since her groom.
