We have been coming for about 7 years and have tried other groomers and none compare to the quality cuts, superior customer service and great staff. Alicia is our dog’s groomer and she’s amazing.

Beautiful, clean, salon. Groomers love the animals, they are very patient with difficult animals and are willing to care for animals that others will not. My yorkies aren't shaking or afraid when we go in the shop, that tells me more than any words can say!
Jessica is great! When you want to change something about your dogs cut, she asks tons of follow up questions to make sure she understands. Our pup always comes home smelling great and super soft! We have a Goldendoodle and highly recommend this place.
The groomers are the best. My pup gets the best care.
Jen did a wonderful job on my little princess Misty. It was my first visit. Misty is a very timid Sheltie mix. Jen was excellent with her. Many thanks and highest recommendations.

We have been taking our 8 year old poodle mix here for 5 years and also just adopted a chihuahua who has been in several times now as well. We always see Jolene and she has been amazing! She is so friendly and our pups always seem so happy when we pick them up. Jolene is definitely the best groomer we’ve ever been to!!

The groomer and I discussed prior to the appointment how she would cut my dog, but when I picked my dog up, the groomer had shaved my dog's ears. When I expressed my surprise and disappointment, the groomer was indifferent. I was very dissatisfied and will not be returning.

Hi Chris, I spoke to the groomer that groomed Gracie. She told me when she did the consultation with the woman that brought Gracie in she told her she would probably have to shave her because of the matts. She also told her she would try to comb out the ears and tail. She worked on the tail first and got that combed out, when she tried working on the ears they were just too badly matted and Gracie was very upset. i'm sorry we had to do this but we always put the safty ang well being of the pet first.
