Dropped by posh Pooch for our usual cut and comb yesterday. Unfortunately the young technician managed to nick the year of our fidgeting pooch. Being an ear of course it made a mess and it was obvious she felt horrible. Having operated in a service business I know it’s not that difficult when everything is going right.
