Went there for the first time to give it a try and didn’t like it because the ladies were rude, and rushed my pedicure and wasn’t gentle either, I also didn’t feel comfortable because I felt like they were constantly talking crap in their language whereas one lady said in her language “du ma” towards my daughter when she put her feet down because she was suppose to keep it up for her toes to dry but she’s just a little girl and I know what that word means she cursed and I did not like that at all! Let me start with the fact that I have been a loyal customer of Posh since they opened in 2020. The past 2 times I've gone have been unenjoyable and NOT relaxing at all. Pedicure 1 burned me FOUR times with hot towel stones AND wax. Pedicure 2 (4 weeks later) the same lady tried to do my pedi and I declined her and asked for someone else. Why would I pay to get burned and pissed? We'll they stuck me with a guy who had NO IDEA what he was doing! No leg or foot message and no calluses scrubbing. Came in for a predicate. They sat me at a station and it took them an hour before someone came to work on me. They could have at least had me soaking while I waited.
I camnot say enough good about Jade!! She is the main reason that I continue to use this spa. EVERY TIME WITHOUT FAIL she delivers the best pedicure I could ask for. My feet are no picnic!! She is consistently above average with her detailed attention to my feet. Worth a try!!
I have been looking for a new nail place. I read the reviews and decided to go today and give POSH a try. They were busy and I had to wait about 45 minutes. But staff was friendly and the place was clean. They did not rush and my pedicure was excellent. I will definitely be back. Thanks POSH!
