When I first got there the water was way too hot. I asked her to turn it down and she started laughing. The whole pedicure felt very rushed. The foot massage was a little painful and she was digging her fingers into my feet. When she finished cutting my toe nails, she removed the towel from under my feet leaving them on the bare foot rest (not very sanitary) and just walked away and started working on someone else.
