I was seated quickly had a mani/pedi done and was talked into getting this OPI gel on my hands..... Victoria I think her name was took care of me, she did an amazing job! Every turned out GREAT!! It was they say my gel will last for 2 weeks so we will see. But I will definitely be going back!

This place is trendy – Reality is all salons are about the same and it just depends how you like your nails done and who the nail tech is. Nevertheless, this place is trendy , clean, and always has the most current OPI and Essie nail colors. I get manis and pedis but recently tried the gel nails. I'm always working with papers and typing on keyboards and I'm going on two and half weeks with the gel nails. This place is the best – Overall this place is the best, the staff is nice and they serve water and wine while you sit. Most of the time I call ahead for appointments but it's not necessary. The owner also runs the Beverly Hills Nail and Spa which I also used to go to occasionally.

Long massage, cute decor, walked in and didn't have to wait. OPI and Essie nail polish only. My manicurist gave me a neck and shoulder massage for a few minutes, which was nice.

Never come back this place – I really liked how comfortable the place was...calming music, nice chairs, initially, ... I then waited for 20 minutes while people who walked in after me were being taken care of, my pedicure was half-assed and the man got an attitude when I called him on it, I sat for 20 minutes after my manicure while my nails dried...no offer to go to the drying station, no asking if I needed anything, nothing. I don't think I will be returning. I wanted to like this place, but I could have done a better job.... read more

Worst "spa" ever! – I went in for a pedicure and manicure and the salon did not have hot water. They told me this frequently happens. Instead of telling me when I arrived, they let me wait for 15 minutes and sat me in the pedicure chair and led me to believe they had hot water until I dipped my toes into freezing cold water. I waited another 15 minutes while they brought out a bucket, yes a bucket, of boiling water. SO unsanitary. The lady also started my pedicure without any water . It was horrible. no was – ZERO STARS RATING! I will NOT recommend to family, co-workers or friends. POOR customer service! For such a lavish area in the Bay area I would expect more out of a business on Santana Row. I bought $140 gift certificate for my brother and sister in law. They were told the certificate was used when it was not. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

dont waste time & money here – I would not recomment this spa to anyone. The massage that I received was rushed, aggressive, sloppy, and used way too much oil on me. She was clanking things everywhere and pumping the oil right next to my ear, making it hard to relax. The area in the back where the lockers are is nice but a little too cramped.
