Do not get your car wash at Posh Car Wash in Sachse. The "manager" Martin Wilhite is very unprofessional. The car was ripped the hummers hood grill off and they refused to stop the car wash so that shon could get it. Then he went to the manager and he stated "that's not my problem. The hummers are on recall anyway." That is bad service and bad practice. I warn everyone!!!
I came in today at 10 o clock to get my car washed, after coming out of the wash I was going to dry off my vehicle, my fresh painted bumper but a month old has scratches all along the top and back of my bumper. The manager told me the scratches were there before and that I heir a trash can behind my house. THE SCRATCHES ARE ON TOP OF THE BUMPER!! After I asked him to simply buff the scratches to see if they would come out he said he would but insisted that I was incorrect. Will never return to this car wash!! Take my money e... read more
