I was trying to refrain from writing a bad review but I can never get a resolution.I bought car for my son about 4 months ago and it has been in the shop almost every week. These people are some of the rudest people called them from hotsprings an asjed them if they still had the 2014 kia optima w thedouble sunroof an she said yes got there an she said no its sold an pointed to theother one i said no thats not the one i want open the door to the other one an thesmell of weed was so bad they clearly was not interested in selling a car to us an we had cash money in hand .
