Do not rent from them. They will take your deposit and not give it back. They asked me for a security deposit before they gave me the lease as a sign of good faith and to show that I was serious about renting from them. After which they told me that they would send me a lease right away. Waited for more than a week, finally got tired of waiting sent them an email saying that I no longer wanted the place (If they take that long to send me a lease, I cannot imagine how long it would take for them to do something else).
