Incredible atmosphere and great accommodation, haven't been in a nicer hotel.
Perfectly decorated every detail. Headboards were so beautiful the mattress and pillows were so comfortable it was near impossible to wake up early.

I enjoyed almost every aspect of this hotel-the aesthetic, the staff, the location. There however, were two things I found pretty annoying: 1. Apparently out of 3 elevators only the far right elevator worked because it was the ONLY ELEVATOR SHAFT THAT EVER OPENED DURING OUR 2 NIGHT 3 DAY STAY. This made for very long waits for a 15 story hotel and our room was on the 14th floor. It also meant people crowding onto one elevator quite frequently. 2. Environment is so clean, guest friendly, I just got hired and staff are so kind and sweet can't wait to start on the 16th this month
Staff was not helpful. I stood in the lobby of the hotel for about 5 minutes trying to locate the restroom for my daughter and no one greeted me nor asked if I needed any assistance. Finally I had to ask for assistance. I not only stay at Marriott hotels, I work with Marriott Inc. and I know that hospitality is a big part of the family own company. Unfortunately, the Grand Bohemian Hotel lacks in hospitality and customer service. Beautiful hotel, but not one that I will want to send my clients.

Overall I really liked this hotel. I am giving it 5 stars because the check in process was way too slow and Valet Parking was way too expensive. The room was clean, well equipped and the bed was AMAZING. The restaurant good but overpriced. Good location! I would go back in spite of the valet and the slow check in.
