Sandi Gassett-McCloud I had the worst stay on 12 October 2015!!! I am visiting for work and the hotel refused to clean my room. Then would not give me a refund for their mistakes. The manager Nicole Lindsey tried to give me free breakfast like that would forgive the establishment's unwillingness to clean the room. The hotel and the management lack of understanding was atrocious. The bar was nice considering I sat there til 5:30 and had to complain to finally get a room!!!
This hotel is amazing. Every staff member we encountered was so helpful and kind. The food was beyond delicious. We actually stayed an extra night just because we were so impressed. I am already dreaming of our next visit.
Celebrated 70th birthday at Sunday Jazz brunch. Seated immediately, waiter Mason provided excellent service. The food was delicious, something for every taste. Great place for special celebration.
Giancarlo and Lindsey Serio were fantastic! Great service! Beautiful hotel!
